Prestressed cable truss has some characters of transparency, safety, simplicity, dexterity, and beauty. Due to these peculiarities there is a splendid prospect when the structure is used in the glass curtain. Therefore, it is becoming warm and important problems to study its structural components and behaviors. But because of the complexity of this kind system principle and the difference of the research emphases, now the theoretical researches and analysis methods of the prestressed cable truss are in disorder and have their novelty.In this dissertation, based on the finite element method and combined the system characteristics of geometric nonlinearity and state nonlinearity, I used nonlinear module in the ANSYS program to simulate the system prestress state in the beginning and working state. At first, after the dynamic characteristics of the plane and the spatial supporting systems were studied, fore some steps fixed frequency and shape of vibration were gained. Secondly, several design parameters which influence the dynamic characteristics of this kind system were discussed, including pre-tension value in the cable, cross-section of the cable, cross-section of steel-bar and form change. Some applied decisions were found. At the same time, these conclusions can afford references for the design and construction of cable-truss Supporting system. In the end, the wind characteristics of system were analyzed and wind load of several kinds of cable-truss Supporting system were calculated using wind load norm of the glass curtain.ANSYS emulation conclusions prove that the calculation methods in the paper are right and available. Simultaneously, the results may be a basis for further research or a reference for engineering application of Cable-truss Supporting system.
