Research And Application About Management And Maintenance Technology Of Packing Devices

With development of industrial modernization, devices are more and more advanced. When high-speed and high-efficiency automatons take place of old devices, the number of the production workers will decrease, and the number of managers and maintenance workers will increase accordingly. How to organize maintenance workers and lots of managers, to work efficiently, to complete technological innovation of devices, to improve productive efficiency, and to decrease productive cost, is that is a project that is worthy of research and recognition greatly.In first productive department of Yu Xie cigarette manufacture, there are twenty-one British PASSIM 12K cigarette machines ,ten Germanic PROTOS 90S cigarette machines, twenty Germanic COMPAS 500 packing machines, eleven Italian GD 2000 hard package, thirty-one linked devices of curled pack, and thirty-one FOCKE sealed machines, In addition, we have built automatic material flow systems which were from Korea. The systems are mainly used to transport adjuvant and finished products, and now the enterprise is able to produce millions boxes every year. Main products are as follows: HONG TA SHAN,A SI MA,HONG MEI, including soft packing and hard packing. But because these packing devices is late-model equipments, theory of design isn't up to practical application to some extent. We found many defects in design when we use it practically. We followed and recorded it, and found that the equipment can work without the design, just because of defects of design the machines stop work frequently.In the paper, we compare and analyze actuality of application and prospect of development about maintenance of devices and manage projects in native and oversea enterprises. We state that how to maintain and manage these devices and how to organize effectively maintenance workers to practise in manufacture, to bring productive efficiency of devices into play, and to discover innovative potential of maintenance workers. At last, innovation of technology will be achieved, and enhance efficiency of production and decrease cost in our department.
