Research On Preventive Maintenance Of Drainage Equipments For Wumin Drains Engineering

The reliably running of the equipment for drains treatment is very important to ensure urban environment, economy development, and people's livelihood. The purpose of this research is to establish an optimal preventive maintenance mode for Shanghai No.1 Drains Treatment Institute, which is very useful for the maintenance management of drainage equipment. First, an optimal operation flow for the preventive maintenance of drainage equipment is proposed. Then, to simplify the process of fault analysis and maintenance scheduling, an assistant fault analysis system is development based on FTA(Fault Tree Analysis) and FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) theories. In order to prove the effectiveness of the assistant analysis system, an example for the 6KV electrical device is given to show how this process is implemented. Finally, a computer-aided information system is developed for the preventive maintenance management of drainage system, which is based on the actual needs of Shanghai No.1 Drains Treatment Institute. The implementation results show that this information system is very useful for Shanghai No.1 Drains Treatment Institute to establish the new preventive maintenance mode.
