Building Intelligent System's Development And Application Research

Residential Intelligent Building system was developed since 90's last century in China. As a whole new industry, rapid developed with computer network and architecture technology, the Intelligent Building field got much progress in recent years. There are many building intelligent products in China, their function and quality is quite different, and HG2000 Intelligent Security Monitor and Data Collecting system series products provide better structural function design, better product quality than others. HG2000 system has huge customers, much more than other competitors.This article analyzed the shortcomings of traditional meter reading, fee charging and house property management, described residential intelligent bulidings' functions and meanings to the end users, professional corporations and the real estate managers. The article gave us introduction of the self-developed HG2000A system, described system features and functions in details, including system hardware, software, system research thinking and system implementing. The article tell us how to realize the residential building Intelligent management, from data meter remote trading to city scale networking construct, specially give us some brief introduction of gas using security annunciator and the gas electronic valves.The article introduced familiar products in China and other counties. Analyzed some "bottleneck" problems. At the end of the article, author forecast the residential intelligent building in the future, advanced the "four centers" destination of the community service.
