Research On The Application Of Intelligent Transport System In Logistics Enterprise

Research on the application of intelligent transport system in logistics enterprise Abstract: Transportation is one of the main functions of the logistics. According to the concept, logistics is the physical movement of goods. Transportation, which is the principal means to change the space state of goods, undertakes this task. ITS is "Intelligence Transportation System" for short, which synthetically applies advanced information technology, data communication transit technology, electronic control technology and computer processing technology to the whole traffic management system, establishes prompt, accurate, highly effective integrated transportation management system, and make transportation service and management intellectualized finally.According to the application of intelligence transportation system in logistic enterprises at present combined with the author's research and analysis, Intelligence Transportation System mainly applies to the types including vehicle location, carrying monitor, carrying data record and driver's information management. With these four applications, logistic enterprises are basically able to monitor and manage the operating vehicles effectivelyA new method based on DHGF is proposed in this paper for the evaluation on intelligent transportation systems (ITS). DHGF is an integrated method of Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP),Grey interconnect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating which are applied at the different stages of evaluation. The actual procedure is as follows: Delphi is used to establish the evaluation index of ITS while analytic hierarch process is used to ascertain the combined weight of the whole evaluation index. At the same time, Grey theory is used to deal with the mark by the experts for ITS evaluation and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating operate the results of intelligent transportation systems. In light of the advantages and disadvantages of each theory, different theories can be used at various steps in the evaluation. DHGF is used to evaluate intelligent transportation system with satisfactory results. An example is also given in the last part of this paper to illustrate the actual procedure of the method. By author's deep researching, the advise on applications and development of intelligence transportation system in logistic enterprises is brought forward to be the need to develop vehicle timely information management system and the need to develop radar detect system. And the effective application of intelligence transportation system is also indicated to be guaranteed by new technologies and management aspect.
