This paper analyses current situation of electric power marketing, detailedly introduces the theory of decision support system (DSS) and current situation of DSS. On the basis of this, we have designed and developed a electric power marketing Aid Decision Support System(EPMADSS), and have prompted entire frame of the EPMDSS. On the basis of the research in the model in DSS and EPMDSS, we prompt apply Data Mining technology to electric marketing, adopt several data analysis and mining method and produce an analysis model which based on information gain decision tree. Therefore the utility and intelligence was proved. Finally, the material realization was formed which focused on marketing assistant decision system in county electric company.
