Submerged combustion with high efficiency and less pollution using in gas boiler has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and saving energy. For some key technology problems, the subject made theoretic analysis and discussion. Based on them we put forward the temperature of the water should bellow the inception temperature of evaporation when heating water with submerged combustion. The calculation method of the optimal temperature has been derived. The system of submerged combustion boiler has been designed. To combine the energy relation both of heat transfer and resistance loss, we calculated and gave optimal radius of bubble. The analysis of water quality has been given based on different component of gases.All in all, submerged combustion application on gas fired-boiler has obvious affection on increasing heat transfer efficiency and saving gas. It can have great signification to the realization of high performance, low price, automatic and high secure boiler.
