In this paper, the characteristics of pyrotechnic underwater were analyzed systematically. In order to study the mechanism of the acoustic radiation, Experimental research of bubble characteristics and acoustic radiation characteristics has been carried out. Abstract AbstractBased on the fundamental theory of hydro-acoustics and the mechanism of hydro-dynamical sound source, we researched the influence factors of acoustic radiation characteristics. Studies show that the acoustic radiation of pyrotechnic composition combustion underwater is arisen from the volume change of bubble mainly.In order to research the relationship between the characteristics of pyrotechnic combustion and bubble, pyrotechnic of different combustion characteristics has been designed. It has the capacity to steady combustion underwater. IGA-140infrared thermometer and HG-100K high-speed camera are used to analyze the difference between characteristics of bubble generated by pyrotechnic composition combustion underwater and other bubble. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the influence that aerogenic performance of pyrotechnic and temperature of gaseous product produced on bubble characteristics was summarized.Researching the influence aerogenic rate and combustion temperature of pyrotechnic had on acoustic radiation characteristics by experiment. And we use high-speed camera and underwater sonic gear to comprise the acoustic radiation performance of pyrotechnic and Nitrogen, Finally, we do research on the influence factors of nozzle angle, nozzle diameter, grain diameter, the distance between nozzle and grain.
