In the recent years, long-span space structures get the extensive application. But stress and contexture of space structure are very complex. It is difficult that planners estimate practical internal force. For verifying the level of design about space structure and investigating the law of difference between practical internal force and internal force of design about member and nodal point, controlling the stress correctly and achieving optimum design. It is important that we investigate a new stress detecting technology which is easy used and has aptitude function for detect the internal force of long-span space structure. This topic take it as background. The research work as follow:Magnetic domain structure of ferromagnet is systemically analyzed basing on the theory of ferromagnet, and we analyze the microcosmic mechanism of magnetic domain structure. According to the minimum principle in energy, we analyze the microcosmic mechanism of magnetic domain construction and the main factor that affect the shape, size and connecting of the magnetic domain etc.From the microcosmic mechanism of ferromagnet, we analyze how stress influence the magnetic domain and magnetic domain wall, and discover the increase of stress energy and magnetism elasticity energy which destroy the balance of system energy make up the influence of magnetic domain structure, then set up basic disciplinarian between stress and characteristic of magnetism.According to the theory of technic magnetization and the conclusion above, we set up the connection between stress and magnetism conductance, then bring forward basic conception and method of stress detection which are based on the phenomenon of magnetism-stress coupling, investigate mechanism of stress detection, in conclusion scheme out a new system of stress inspection which is based on the phenomenon of magnetism-stress coupling, which establish the base of theory of engineering application.
