By stress testing the wind turbine gearbox,it can reduce its operating failure rate and prolong its service life.However,with the continuous improvement of the power level of wind turbines and the wide application of semi-direct drive structures,the traditional contact stress measurement method is difficult to meet the demand.The paper focuses on non-contact stress measurement technology,including wireless power transmission and wireless data transmission.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,it analyzes several commonly used wireless power supply methods,compares the characteristics of various power supply modes,and combines the use environment and requirements,and selects the magnetic resonance coupling method to supply power to the measurement system.According to the theoretical basis of the magnetic coupling model,the method of improving the magnetic coupling coefficient is analyzed,and the three-dimensional model is established in Ansoft simulation software to verify the finite element simulation.At the same time,the working principle of the class E power amplifier is studied,and the circuit operating parameters are calculated and calculated.The software simulation and physical construction of the whole circuit are completed.Secondly,after analyzing various data transmission methods,the stress data is transmitted by radio frequency.Through the SPI serial port to realize the communication between the RF module and the DSP.and combined with the use environment,taking into account the data interference caused by multi-module transmission,the BCH forward error correction algorithm is selected and written,and the experiment proves that this method can be effective.Reduce the data transmission error rate.Then,the stress experiment platform was designed and built.The working principle and basic composition of the experimental platform were introduced.The data transmission was analyzed and perfected,and the stability of data transmission was verified by experiments.Through the RS232 serial port to USB,the data is transmitted to the PC to realize the communication between the DSP and the PC.Finally,the LabVIEW+Matlab PC software was written and a series of running experiments were performed on the stress measurement system.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the non-contact measurement system can meet the measurement of the rotating structure stress,and avoids many disadvantages of the traditional slip ring measurement under the premise of ensuring the correct measurement result,and conforms to the development trend of the rotating structure stress measurement.
