In this paper, the effects on the surroundings of the foundation pit (FP) engineering, or called deep excavation (DE) engineering, is firstly discussed in details, based on the work of former research. The bad phenomena caused by pit dewater are emphatically analyzed in this paper.In view of geological and hydro-geological situations of the south anchor Runyang Yangtze River highway bridge, the paper bring forward mathematical model and calculation method of double deck structure groundwater, which can be used to lively calculate every layer's water table, so that we can realize every layer's settlement calculation and control; establish the inter relationship between non-linear physical-mechanics parameter and hydro-geological parameter, objectively describe the non-linear change process of the porosity, hydraulic conductivity, specific storativity in the process of soil dewater and concretion. The calculation result effectively indicate the change rule with the time and space of water table of the aquifer, soft dank aquifer, parameter in process of wells work in the pit.The dewater calculation result of the south anchor of Runyang Yangtze River highway bridge's shows that the double deck structure model provide a new method to the non linear coupling calculation of deep foundation pit dewater and settlement, forecast and control the distortion of the soil in the pit, engineering construction and design.
