Development Of A Pouring Machine Designed For Microwave Oven

This paper introduces the working principle of the pouring machine designed for the microwave oven,including the principle of flowing route of gas and liquid The designs of proportion-adjusting setup of pouring machine, XY planar worktable and PLC control are introduced in this paper. Swinging lever is used in the adjustment of proportion of two different kinds of glues .Exact proportion of the two kinds of glues is achieved and it can be altered according to different kinds of glues. High pressure gas is used as drive. XY planar worktable uses rectangle plastic-surface guideways for orientation and bearing the weight of worktable. As doing so ,it can avoid creep when guaidways is in low speed.Controller uses PLC, it is used widely in industry.Besides ,the principle of step motor and its acceleration and deceleration control are described. Pouring machine also includes parts of vaccumizing of glue tanks . controlling temperature automatically .measuring the location of the glues in the glue tanks and cleaning the mixer.The article also analyzes some facors which can catch effects on the XY planar worktable and some factors bearing on the weight of glues.
