The application of STM has expanded into many fields, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Material sciences etc. However, STM is a relatively young technique, the operation and the interpretations of the measurements have not completely clear in many circumstances. Therefore, the STM itself is an interesting topic.This article discusses the STM hardware design first, and increase the scanning accuracy with the outside clock; Add supervise and control, increase to the scanning speed with the accuracy on the run software; To handle The image in 2D and 3D space of STM. The STM software system includes the run program, image handling program, 3D reconstruction program. the run program is the core of STM's software system, controlling the whole STM hardware system remaining the system's normal movement, get original image of the sample. Image manipulation program is responsible for further handle original image, withdraw out the importance information in it, the surplus throw away, get the satisfied image.3D reconstruction program is to resemble the facial look of sample surface according to the handled image in 3 dimensions space;This article mainly study the five matters as below:①Analysis, research and improve the electric circuit part of the STM hardware system, intelligentize some parts of hardware, and write the run software, do the cushion for hereafter the STM system completely intelligence. ②The original scan program of the scanning system is timed by the inside clock of computer, its tallest accuracy is 1 ms, the scan speed to is very slow, if use the outside clock to guide the program figure the signal, it can increase the accuracy and speed. ③The run STM program includes the control of scanning signal, supervise and control the running state, set the scan range, set parameters, set and acquire the clock, collect and save the image signal, etc. ④Image manipulation functions includes: on the space of the wipe of speckle, smooth image, blur, step sharp image, Laplace sharp, and automatically adjust contrast, etc.function; on the frequency complete Fourier transform of the figure image, and discussed the ideal high filter and ideal low filter. ⑤The three dimensions reconstruction program includes the reconstruction facial look image of three dimensions, mark the axis, use the different color to mean high degree, and plus light technique. |
