Our country is a big country of an ocean. It is broad of sea area and plenty of ocean resources, and has great development potential. Developping ocean resources have become an important part of our country economic developments. The ocean economy will become a new increase point in our country economic developments. In order to make the ocean economy benefit to the environmental protection, it is necessary to study ocean environment with science management, especially coast hydrodynamic environment. Studying the coast hydrodynamic factors could provide science basis for developping and using the ocean resources reasonablely, protect ocean environment, and avoid breaking balance between person and nature.Now, in the science realm of the coast hydrodynamic factors research, people research coast hydrodynamic environment in land much more than it in island. The research of the island coast hydrodynamic factors is general resemble with the land coast hydrodynamic factors, but the island opposite to the land, is surrounded by ocean and far away from the land. Island in which was built the engineering is around of a lot of other islands, and its topographty is very complicated generally, so it has important theoretical and practical value that studying coast hydrodynamic factors deeply in island.Coast hydrodynamic factors involve wind, wave, water current, tide and corresponding sand movement etc. Coast hydrodynamic environmental in island are great complicated. At present, it's very difficulty to coupling all factors. The paper will be based on a 2D tide current numerical model to analyze the change of tide current field and the influence of sand silt before and after engineering. In consideration of studying island coast hydrodynamic factors is in order to build breakwater engineering, design waves, astronomic-tide and storm-tide which increases water level are computed to offer design parameters, discuss and analyze the influence of engineering safety aroused by those factors. At last, two fishing ports are analyzed and studied using this way and satisfied result is acquired.
