| Opposite to the traditional construction, the stressed skin diaphragm system is an efficacious structure system. It considers the subordinate elements as an important part of the master, utilizes sufficiently the re-sheer ability of profiled sheet in the plane. It is not only reflecting the working of structure but also obtain economic benefit.In the passed 20 years, the studies of the stressed skin diaphragm system has obtained much progeny, but its' practical application is very limited. The actual design ordinarily adopts the full-size experimentation means, which has the advantages that can reflect the real resistance, but its' shortage is also obviously: complex, uneconomic and mess around. Based on the experiment of the stressed skin diaphragm and the analysis by the "Ansys" software, the penman's purpose is put forward one rational and economic design means.In this paper, penman does some study-works as follows:①The experiments of sixty jointing pieces and stressed skin diaphragm. Through the experiment date researching and analyzing, the "P—△" curve of the stressed skin diaphragm is presented;② The analysis of jointing pieces data. The calculate method of loading capacity and range of shear rigidity value, the linker's dependability coefficient and the importance factor of linker are presented;③ the calculate method definiteness. Through the analysis of load's distributing and rational supposition, the calculate means of steered skin diaphragm is presented;④ the shear capacity's analysis by finite-element software "Ansys". The model is predigested by use of the concept that the profiled sheet is transformed into the perpendicular-anisotropic board. The calculate result of model is also obtained. |
