Because of the measurement methods being used for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing in railway transportation have many deficiencies, which includes misinterpretation, leakage report and low monitoring efficiency. After some time's survey, it can be founded that the main reason is some circuit designs' aging. Thus this paper presents a new kind of circuit design for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing based on advanced DSP technology.First in the test method aspect, this paper introduces advantages; contents and implement methods in digital signal processing. By the comparison of these ones, I decide to adopt universal DSP to realize high-speed real-time arithmetic.After introducing characteristic and hardware structure of DSP, 1 decide to adopt current excellent performance integrate DSP and its tap system; After I know this, this paper present a software and hardware scheme which is based on fault signal' data acquisition and processing by using advanced DSP technology, and in arithmetic aspect, a DSP based real-time digital filter comes true. This simplifies the system design and improves the stability and real-time property of data acquisition. Adopting a DSP integrate plank (including a DSP CMOS chip and external storages) and using software to manage and prepare entire system can improve greatly the extension, maintenance and common of the application system.By processing real-time digital analog fault vibration signal and adopting minimum quadric multiplication and rectangle function, correct frequency chart will be gained. Thus, the system design based on advanced DSP can be applied to the real-time fault diagnosis of rolling bearing in modern high-speed train. Moreover, its interior PLL circuit substitutes traditional PLL. As a result, the presented design not only overcomes some shortcoming of traditional circuit such as tracking speed and accuracy, but also gets rid of response lag time and multi-phase noise. The system design is also important to improve our country's fault diagnosis standard.In the end. this paper presents that the design can be applied practices after it should be more perfected considering practical signal's trait, and consequently accurate diagnostic result can be obtained.
