As the main products series of non-leak pumps, the market of magnetic force pump is very large, centuries-old history of magnet utilizing and abundant thulium contain establish stable bases of thulium magnet couplings' exploitation and applying of magnetic force pump driving technology. At present, the main technical questions of magnetic force pumps which limit its popularization are completely and precisely calculating magneto gram, vortex, high temperature, surveillance, materials of sliding bearing and alnico. The contents mentioned in this paper are as following.1. Magnetic force pump magnet couplings' universal energy equation is educed by analyzing of demagnetization curve, ways of reverting force calculating are introduced according to the equation when inside magnet rotor have axial direction and radial displacement, circumferential moment of magnetic force has been given, magnetic force pump alnico's axial direction length, circumferential length, radial thickness amounts are summarized with the analyses of experiment results.2. Although calculating magnetic-flux leak coefficient and magnetic-reluctance coefficient is too complex to be done, combining magnetic force pump alnico's characters, appropriate accounting models are selected to calculate these coefficients through magnet conductivity methodology, the equation has been induced.3. Sliding bearing and isolation cover are the key parts which influence magnetic force pumps' safely running, pump's interior pressure and cooling holes are induced through analyzing outer and inside alnicos, sliding bearings' cooling flux.4. Magnet bearing and levitating technology are seldom used on magnetic force pumps, reducing sliding bearings' radial pressure is attempted, ways of calculating axial direction force are listed and summed in this paper, virtue and shortcoming of axial-magnetization ring and radial-magnetization ring are contrasted.5. The perfect magnetic field resolution and finite partial analyzing are future magnet calculating ways, combining magnetic force pump alnicos' character, virtue of gradual change magneto gram and ways of analyzing planar magneto gram by finite partial are introduced, the ways of acquiring demagnetization curve are introduced and illustrated in details.
