The Electric Habitation Vehicle Design And Development

With the development of habitation service, a pressing desideration is growing up, which approaches to a vehicle used in habitation. The vehicle must have proper functions, modern rind, friendly environment interface and must be adapted to the traffic situation in habitation. Whether we can solve this actual problem well depends on two sides: One is technology factors, the other is human factors and environment factors. Besides such things, the pivotal key is a correct philosophy to direct how to unite those two sides.This thesis discussed the substratum of DESIGN, and discussed the ergonomics design method. Then made a conclusion to direct design philosophy and process. The conclusion is: According to human characters, unite the technology factors and environment factors to create proper technology functions and using functions.Under this direction, firstly studied the traffic environment in habitation, the vehicles used in habitation and how people use them, and the behavior and psychological characters of user. According to this study, defined the basic technology type of habitation vehicle, and confirmed what technology functions and using functions are required.To create good technology functions, we designed and made a prototype. The prototype united formed technology and made creative design on the main structure.The test of prototype shows that the design is proper and successful. It contains the technology functions we want, and works consistently. Also we analyzed the test data, found out where have problems and indicated how to improve the design.On the base of technology functions, according to the study on user and using environment, designed the using functions. The design mainly changed the vehicle's body structure and the rind. This enhanced the vehicle's using functions and the value as a production.
