High Speed Transmission Error Testing System Based On USB And Gear Grating

Transmission error of transmission system is an important factor of vibration and noise generation under high-speed condition. If transmission error testing carry through under high-speed condition and combine with vibration and noise testing, analyze the reason of vibration and noise generation, it will be a new breakthrough of vibration and noise generation.The high-speed transmission error test system is a new system for TE test and analyzing, which applied plus zoom theory and computer, combined the newest development of electron technology. In software, we will realize testing and displaying in real time on Windows operating system. In hardware, we use computer as postposition CPU, Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) as front CPU, and link them into distributing testing system,communication between postposition CPU and front CPU through USB interface. There are many numerical circuits in postposition system .In order to improve the system's stability, Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) does for a lot of single components. During the course of the experiment ,we developed gear grating sensor for demanding. It gave us a lot of help in experiment.Finally, the results of experiment and error curves are given.
