| This is a thesis about the dwelling of Shenzhen low-income floating population. With the background of the fast urbanization and housing system reform of our country, integrating with the characteristics of Shenzhen city, the paper makes a preliminary study on the policy, the design principle and the method as well as other relative problems of the dwelling of the low-income floating population through the investigation of the existing condition and analyzing the residential need and settlement pattern. The paper also draws lesson from the successful experience of public housing development in other countries and regions. The paper is consisted of six parts:The first part deals with the relative social background about the floating population, the existing problems and the essence of the study. It also summaries the present research of domestic and aboard, as well as identifies the range of the study.The second part summaries the factors that affect the housing decision and the main dwelling type through the investigation and analyzing of the existing examples. It also involves the environmental quality of the floating population settlements.The third part emphasizes on the floating population's life style, the residential need and settlement pattern and tries to make sure the standard low limit living space.The fourth part introduces and summaries the experience of public housing development in other countries and regions.The fifth part discusses the present policy and existing problems, and tries to study how to solve the issues better on policy.The six part puts forward the design principles and studies the design methods that adapt to the settlement pattern of the floating population. The thesis also takes the Chongqing rentable housing and the rebuilding of Shenzhen Fisherman's Village as the research cases. |
