Cardiopathy is still the primary disease that threatens human life. Electrocardiogram (ECG) can provide the most intuitionistic patient's heart activity for doctors. The collection and analysis of ECG is a significant work. Especially, 12 channels electrocardiograph has played an important role in clinic. As the developing of Embedded Internet technology, it is necessary for electrocardiograph connecting to Internet. This is valuable for internationally establishing ECG database and diagnosing in net. In this thesis, based on the analysis of other electrocardiograph and the character of Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a method about the modular design of 12 channels electrocardiograph is described.The main works in this thesis are listed as follows:① Research the whole design scheme and put forward that the system includes three modules: ECG collecting module, central processing module and network module.② Design ECG collecting module,which includes preamplifier,high pass filter,50HZ notch filter, skin electricity filter, low pass filter, electrical level rising and primary amplifier, ADC and MCU, real time clock.③ Design central processing which takes DSP as the core and includes program memory extending, CompactFlash (CF) card circuit, keyboard controlling circuit, LCD displaying circuit, printer circuit and core power.④ Research embedded internet technology and TCP/IP protocol, select the network module. Recombine the TCP/IP protocol packet and design the LAN communication program.⑤ Analyze the resource of DSP, utilizing its Multichannel Buffered Serial Ports (McBSP) which simulates SPI protocol to interface with ECG collecting module and utilizing its Host-Port interface (HPI) to interface with network module.⑥ Design digital filter, demarcate the feature points of ECG wave with the traditional ECG analytic algorithm and analyze the heart rate.All these studies have obtained good achievements and basically arrive at the demand of design.
