It harm to industry security and environment protection that vibration caused by imbalance of rotor. Vibration caused by imbalance is 24% in all vibration and malfunction caused by imbalance is more 60% in it. It is very important that do dynamic balance test on rotor for reducing vibration and noise of machines,saving energy sources, promoting envionment protection.A sort of spot dynamic balance test system is developed using singlechip as a core apparatus.it can do single-face and double-face dynamic balance test, present result of unequilibrium and its phase position, can test rotate speed and vibration,can show the time-field and frequency-field picture of gain signal.The paper illustrates the actuality and development of dynamic balance test technology, and the applying of embedded system for testing rotator, and the purpose and meaning to develop the technology. It relates the characteristic of the vibration caused by unequilibrium of rigid rotator and two method for testing it─three spots method and influent coefficient method. An embedded intelligent dynamic balance testing system for rigid rotator is developed based on the methods and theory of data sampling and processing. A general scheme of the system is designed, apparatus are selected, and hardware and software are designed in the paper. The embedded microcontroller is a core apparatus in the center unit of the system, which control the whole system and process the data. The A/D unit composes of an A/D chip and a multiplex switch. A menu key-press manipulation and liquid crystal show are put to use for better man-machine interface. As a portable product, expect for the system can do spot test of dynamic balance, it has the following three functions: no touch point rotates speed test, vibration test, signal analysis (showing the time field and the frequency field). Several key technology is particular expatiated in the paper such as eliminating the queer data by one rank difference method, the arithmetic of drawing a roundness with lattice liquid crystal, designing the IIR digital filter, auto changing measure scale and software dependability design technique. In allusion to emulating and debugging the system and local applying, the paper illustrates the method of emulating and debugging and has analyzed the error. The system is successful product as experiment apparatus, for which several spot tests are made and all functions gradually be verified and consummated. It is satisfiedthat the result tested by this system contrasted the result tested by the system which be notarized. It is satisfied the test demand that precise testing results, high calculating speed and easiness to use.
