As a new kind of popular green vehicle type, Hybrid electric vehicle foreshows the develop direction of the future vehicle because of its extensive market. In our country, to improve the international competitiveness in vehicle industry, "863" plans have specially set up a most important project for electric vehicle, and make great efforts to research many kinds of electric vehicle.This paper researches and develops one of the projects, named Multi-Energy Sources Power Assembly Control System. It primarily studies a new kind of software and hardware platform which is based on the high performance micro processor, CAN fieldbus communication and embedded real-time operating system. Meanwhile, the project will establish the power system distributed network of multi-node and constitute the interface technology criterion. Specially, the purpose of this project is working out the hybrid power assembly control system which has independent knowledge property right. Research achievement as bellow:The paper studies the architectural structure of the hybrid power assembly control system. The hardware platform of the system has been set up by taking the digital signal processor as the kernel. To the different kinds of signals, the interface model has been designed. And the realization of monitor and control model not only makes debugging simple, but also adds the fault diagnosis function to the system.Based on the DSP software research platform, the paper has studied and designed the software system of the hybrid power assembly control system. At the control strategy aspect, the paper has emphasized several work modules of HEV. The whole system has passed the debugging and met the requirement of he hybrid power assembly control system.Based on the CAN fieldbus, the paper resolves the communication method of the hybrid power assembly control system. According as the CAN protocol of the American vehicle field, the paper constituted an application layer protocol for the HEV system. And this protocol has already applied successfully in the HEV system.The paper applies the digital signal processing theory to the hybrid electric vehicle. Signal acquisition and digital filter have been brought to effect on the DSP.And then provide an effective reserch method to analyze further the signals of the hybrid electric vehicle.The whole system has run stably in the course of test and measurement, realized many kinds of operating modes. And the system has basically established the rudiment of the hybrid power assembly control system which has independent knowledge property right. At the end of 2002, this system has passed the acceptance check which is organized by the expert committee of the national science and technology office.
