Coal management is of many importance for a power plant .It is also reflected in the economical target. An automatic system used to measure volumes of large heaps of coal is descriped in detail in this paper.Large heaps of coal are divided into a number of small areas.Heights of each small areas are meadured and then the integrating volumes are calculated . Various errors are discussed in this paper. According to the residue of formulas for double trapezoid integral and central limit theorem,the distribution function which are in accord with Gauss for discernment errors and truncation errors of total volumes are derived. Finally ,some conclusion about error estimating for a series of cases are presented and parameters of each part of the measure system are fixed.PC/104 embedded computer is used to finish such tasks as, Sampling heights of each small areas,calculating the volume of the coal-heap ,displaying the real-time interface of coal-heaps,managing datas of coal-heaps and etc,using master-slave structure. |
