This paper based on the theory of coordinate measuring technique. The advanced computer control technology is combined with laser non-contact sensor technique, and the plan of laser non-contact measuring system with 5-D joint framework is brought forward. Machine structure and layout mode of every axis is confirmed according to the parameter design of measuring system, and feasibility of plan is validated further by analysis and emluator to structure parameter. Multi-axes controller adopting the advanced DSP as its core is applied in the control system, to realize the control and act of every axis, and special measuring software is programmed with C++ language.The diversiform non-contact measuring sensor is analyzed and compared in this paper mainly. Much experiment and analysis is done to the LK081 CCD Laser Displacement Sensor made in KEYENCE, Japan, and data is processed with MATLAB, then the style of the sensor and optimal measuring range being tit for this system is confirmed. The circuit design of data acquisition is dissertated in detail in this paper, and the flow and programme of data acquisition is given, too.Abundant theoretical knowledge is well applied to the practical project in this paper. From selecting machine framework, confirming sensor, designing circuit and programming to the last measuring spheriform workpiece, the perfect result is attained at last. Some problem encountered during developing & debugging the measuring system and resolvent are dissertated in this paper, too. The study of this project will work as reference to research and development of the non-contact measuring system based on the un-orthogonal coordinate later.
