Usually, in the high head hydroelectric power station where long channel has been used as a water conveyance structure one surge tank and one penstock may serve more than one machine. In this case, when one of the machines be placed into the transition process of the vident fluctuating pressure for some kind of reason, the other machines would be affected become of the fluctuating pressure in the diversion system and drainage system of water in upstream and downstream which use the same one surge tank and the same one penstock with the machine, so the other machines would be put into transition process of fluctuating pressure, and become a kind of hydroelectric interfere. For the sake of the research about hydroelectric interfere among machines, the article utilized the SIMULINK in MATLAB as simulating tool,meanwhile established the simulating model about two high head diversion water turbines regulation system in violent fluctuating pressure sharing one head race tunnel and surge tank and one penstock. Then calculated the load rejection transition process by means of the real parameters of a hydro power station, analysed the interfere of hydro power station safety and stable nenring brought by hydroelectric interfere and put forward a series of measures that lightening the hydroelectric interfere.
