| Mass Customization is the inevitable trend of product mode. It is the method of its realization making an effort to move the customization point backward. But the farther put the point backward, the less can the clients participate in the product design. Thus the clients' contentment in individual demands will be unavoidably confined. Confronted with the increasing individual demands of customers, manufacturers should think it more important to increase the individuation of their products by doing their best to move the point forward and to enable the clients take part farthest in the design of products at the cost of and with the efficiency of mass production. A new method of module division convenient for clients to participate the design of products is put forward in this paper. By penetrating into the requirement of clients, regulating the product process and with this method and corresponding product data management, the mass customization with high individual can be realized.Furthermore., in this dissertation a module management prototype system used in designable mass customization is put forward to manage the modules divided according to their customization performance. The system has suchfunctions as building the product's module structure tree, creating module resource information bill, inputting the BOM and configure variable restriction bill of the last level module and on the module structure tree, some modules, which can be selected or designed by customer, can be selected to buildup a product. At the same time, the BOM of the product can be created. |
