| Up to now, navigation of LNG carrier in our country is blank. To improve the management ability for LNG carrier in our country is important. According to the requirement of Convention STCW78/95, different kinds of training simulator for seaman are now widely applied. This paper is dealing with the cargo handling simulating system in LNG carrier.First, the paper introduces the general situation about the development of the LNG carrier in domestic and international and the simulator's application on navigation. A brief description is made about LNG carrier's cargo handling system. Second, some detail theoretical research and mathematic models are provided on the important composing parts in pressure control system, such as centrifugal-flow compressor, heater and cargo tank. In precooling system, the temperature and pressure changing with the time are set up mathematic models about the gas and precise results are calculated by finite difference method. Especially, mathematic models of liquid flowing state in cargo piping network are built up and Gibbs theory is exerted to two-phase flow and corresponding function between pressure and temperature is deduced. Particularly, finite element theory is applied to mathematic model of two-phase flow and expected result is obtained.
