SAT system used in Xiao Langdi power plant computer supervision system is made in ELIN Company in Austria. The supervision system had experienced one and a half year from devising, debugging to operation. Although the devising and operation of the computer supervision is increasingly mature, there are several phenomena appear when the system was applied as follow:1. The design can't satisfy the actual application.2. Owing to pursuing perfection in the design process, the content of the system avoid the important and dwell on the trivial which made the supervision software administrative levels dimness and a bit miscellaneous. 3.The system structure is dispersed and can't deal with problem centralized. 4.The system have problem on communication with other system because of the bad interface.The design and application problems of the computer supervision system in Xiao Langdi power plant are analyzed in this paper. Combined with the actual project, optimization method was researched so as to perfect thesystem. According the rules and criterion and the practicality, the paper concentrate the optimal method.
