This paper discusses the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) driven by triphase sinusoidal current, which salinency ratio is higher than one. Its mathematics models in several coordinates are set up based on the analysis of electromagnetism restricted relation. Algorithm has been derivated and analyses to raise the maximum admissible torque of PMSM have been achieved. A new method of hysteretic current control basis on the compare of id, iq has been discussed . Then equations of high torque control method are proved with MATLAB simulation software. The simulation model of PMSM under high dynamic torque control plus new hysteretic current control with MATLAB is described. The new model is proved to be correct through the simulation result. The character of current-loop control and speed-loop control is got from the experiment using control circuit with Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and main circuit with IGBT. Finally, the experiment results is obtained. The experiment results show the character that the control method has a rapid dynamic response and the control method is feasible.
