Hydraulic Machine Test-Bed is the important device to optimize and exploit hydraulic machines whose tests demand test-beds have high precision and advanced automatization. When analyzing the test-bed's system design, the paper has a careful hydraulic calculation of the bed's circulation ductwork and approves the stability of test cases in theory. Aimed to filling the high precision demanding, analyzing the test-bed's contingency error and system error this article has a result that the overall error of the test-bed system is less than 0.5%.The control system of the test-bed is specially considered and this article employs several programming technologies to study the control system's serial communication. These technologies include MSCOMM, API and Compilation languages that are used in Windows condition. According to language independence and robust versioning of component object module, the paper presents using COM program technology to develop a component object module on serial communication.Finally, the paper realize the convenient dialog interface and hydraulic machine's test data processing mainly introduces, analyses the multinomial fitting and spling interpolation mathematics models and solves the solution and drawing of constant efficiency value curve and 95% confining curve in comprehensive specific property curve.
