The suck-wind machine need to intake a lot of wind in thesynthesis ammonia section transform furnace, the quantity is atl 00000Nm'/h, so the diameter of the wheel is about 1 meter. Themotor driving it need higher power for meeting the startup torque.when the suck-wind machine is running, the power needed is sosmall that the surplus power is waste. In fact, the adjustment ofwind quantity is through the baffle at the entrance of suck-windmachine, when the strength of wind is low, the opening degree issmall, induce vibration and stop running. The reform ofsuck-wind machine's frequency-conversion has greatsignificance for the equipment running stable.According to the study of frequency-conversion technology,it is available to convert the speed of asynchronism motor,adopting AC-DC-AC transducer, realizing to convert the speed.The parameter is selected according to needing.According to analyzing, the power is cubic proportion to thespeed, it is great remarkable to reduce the speed for releasingthe load of suck-wind machine contrast to adjust the openingdegree of baffle small.It is important for the system of suck-wind machine tostability, so it is necessary to measure the date when thesuck-wind machine is running, and analyze the statistical dates.Under simulation, we can obtain the transfer function, analysisand ca1culate the system delicacy, time region target, andtolerance. We can simulate the control system by computer anddynamic simulation methods, and optimize the parameter.Finally, according to the project, we use the method inpractice, the perfOrmance of the equipment is better than before,the running status is stable, and the energy cost is lower thenbefore also.
