First naval ordnance reliability model are made according to the function structure of naval ordnance. Then the MRBF is calculated with the data offered by France which follow the exponential distribution. Secondly we fitted the distribution of the imitation and research test data on the basis of the classical statistics theory. During of this course, two kinds of distribution fitting the data are occurred . We used gray relate analysis to solve this problem. It is decided that logarithm normal distribution is more suitful for the fault data. The MRBF average value is calculated on the ground of logarithm normal distribution. Third, we expatiated on the digital simulation theory, the generation of random number and the simulation of naval ordnance. At last, fault tree (FT) simulation model is created and program of simulation is made. And important degree of parts, mode important degree of parts are gotten. These data gave foundation for reliability growth. Forth, we introduced artifical neural network (ANN) and present the theory foundation for fault prediction through ANN, then got satisfactory result. The feasibility of ANN for prediction is validated. The result of prediction is useful for the preventive maintenance of naval ordnance.
