Research Of General Project And Analysis Of Benefits For Electronic Commerce Of Container Transportation In Dalian Port

After briefly introducing the concept and the development of Electronic Commerce and its application in container transportation field, this paper analyzes the main information flow of container transportation in Dalian port, expounds the requirement in Electronic Commece, and puts forward the guideline and the general solution about the building of the EC system. And from the view of DCT, it puts emphasis on the calculation and the analysis of all kinds of the benefits brought by the EC system. Finally, the paper also points out the urgent problems which we should face in the development of the EC system and predicts its bright future.
