Coordinative Development Assessment Of Beijing Eco-economic System Based On Energy -- Emergy Analysis

With the development of society, quite a few environmental problems had emerged, there had been several environmental evaluations in the world, but their objects were almost about air, water and suchlike, while energy was seldom involved. In order to find out fundamental reason of the interaction of the environmental issues and the consumption of energy, Emergy Analysis (EMA) was applied in this thesis.Emergy, which was based on energy, has an energy accounting structure to translate the energy flow, material flow, money flow, population flow into a common basis as emergy, So the principal work in this thesis included: 1. Compared the present environmental evaluation, and pointed out the imperfection; analysis the relation between the environmental problem with the energy from two aspects of environment and economic with energy and environment. 2. Come up with the energy accounting structure of Eco-economic system, and use EMA to calculate the emergy of the five flows of Beijing from 1995 to 2000.3. Setting up the model and quantitive analyses provided a series of emergy indices. Make use of them to analyze the base of environment and source, the conditions of utilizating energy source, and corresponding economic character .4. By MINITAB predict the relation between population and consumption of source, which reflect emergy structure and energy base of Beijing. This thesis provides suggestions on continuous development and energy policy in Beijing. At the same time, the result of this research also provides some theoretical base for founding "environment-energy-economy" intersectional subject.
