| There is great difference in the dynamic characteristic between non-symmetry oil cylinder controlled by symmetry valve and symmetry oil cylinder controlled by symmetry valve. The former can not apply the result of dynamic characteristic analyzing of the latterIn this article, we not only research systematically static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of non-symmetry oil cylinder system controlled by symmetry valve, but also calculate the systematic lowest hydraulic intrinsic frequency, load pressure, load rate of flow and transmission of function taking non-symmetry oil cylinder system provided with negative load as example. At the same time, we analyse the rigidity, precision, error and dynamic characteristic of non-symmetry oil cylinder system controlled by symmetry valve. This technique is tested and applied in the area of metal spinning machine. |
