| Industry Design is a border-line subject which has common feature that all border-line science has absorb the latest progress of human culture. By making that approach,industry design changes the industrial product of people life. The subject of industry design is penetrating to every corner of the social life of human. In every areas of product design,design activity is heavily affected by society,economy,technology,life style and modern culture,as well as the environment of zoology. Nowadays,industry design has greatly benefited from Human-machine Engineering,euthenics,the psychology of consumer,semeiology,etc.This article stresses a new design conception guiding the crane outlook design. I try to make the approach the basic theory of industry design about outlook design in the design of the crane sculpt units,research the use about technology esthetics principle and function design in industry design in the kickstand crane's outlook design.Now the research and discussion on function design method applying in kickstand crane outlook design are very limited in foreign countries and our country .So this article is meaningful in theory and practice. The first chapter of the essay introduces its background,sums up the development trend of international industry design and port crane,and analyses the problems in crane industry design of our country and its research design. Based on it,the task of my article is brought forward. In the second chapter,the article gives brief description of the idea and method of the function theory. From them,the article gives the definitions of the kickstand crane and its parts function,sorts out and arranges them. At the some times,it also gives crane's function system chart. On the base of analyzing the chart, the article constructs the crane's technological function matrix and get ready for the future research. The third chapter evaluates the importance modulus of the crane functions,concludes that the outlook design of crane is also one of the whole design,and decides the principle scheme and sculpt units outlook design and studies particularly thepercentage and linetype design of sculpt units. The fifth chapter sums up the procedure of the crane outlook design,puts forward four projects on single-arm kickstand crane from it and compare them. By the help of AutoCAD 2000,the article makes projection charts. The sixth chapter gives a conclusion on the research. |
