The DC motor have a lot of excellency,such as running efficiency, good timing performance,etc. However,the traditional DC motor uses brush so as to switch the phases,so there are relative mechanical frictions. Then it comes out many fatal failing,such as yawp, spark, wireless disturb,etc. what ' s more,its making cost is high,its maintain is also difficult,therefore its application is greatly limited. The brushless DC motor is a new patten,it concludes electric power. electronic technique and computer cortrolling technique. The DC motor not only have the advantage of simple machinery,reliable running,convenient maintain as the AC motor,but also have the advantage of high running efficiency,good timing performance and so on as the DC motor,so now it is used all over the field of the country economy. Many paper is dealing with the brushless DC motor .Some of them neglect the effect of the inductance,some of them take the inductance into accoutant,but do not analyze the effect of the commuting angle.From the basic operation principles of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor,using the same method as the synchoronous,this paper deduced it mathematical model. During the simulation to the mathematical model,the influence of the commuting angle to the electrical current,to the overlap angle and to the electromagnetism efficiency is emphasized.The performance of driving setting greatly affects the performance of the servo system. The permanent magnet brushless DC motor servo system is an abroad servo form,now it is used on highly precision,small power cortrolling field.
