The structure of prestressed anchor-rope and groundsill is one of the most effective sheathing works,it is used wildly in some slop protection works .The structure is made up of prestressed anchor-rope and groundsill .The combined structure can utilize the latent energy of rock or soil mass. Through the utilization,it can produce stronger sheathing action. What's more, because the structure is simple, beautiful and economical,it has well economic and technology value. Now,the design of the structure is not effective and the research is behind the times. On the basis of the important research project of the Ministry of Communications -the prevent and study of slope disaster in the project of Beijing-Zhuhai highway, the thesis developed the structure's design theory. In order to design more reasonable, the thesis propose the cohesion shear stress is unequal distribute at the anchorage zone. And it can be divided into two parts, the front function is uniform and the behind is exponential. In the thesis, the computer formula of anchorage length is proposed. In the paper, based on the Winkler's hypothesis, discuss the groundsill's internal forces. To the crib groundsill, used the method of neglect the torsion effect and take it as a vane grillage foundation. Then, divide the crib groundsill to vertical and horizontal beams, which are based on elastic ground. The test data of Dongping project, which belongs to Beijing-Zhuhai highway at Guangdong province, are given in this thesis .All the data are drawn to diagrams and compare with the theory compute results of Winkler method and continue beam method separately. Through the comparison, test and verify the proposal is rational and practicable. The result of paper is of engineering application significance and obvious technological economical value. It has also the value to deep study the prestressed anchor-rope and groundsill's work mechanism.
