The identification method is studied and the transfer function of the automobile air brake unloading valve's test system is acquired;the pressure balance time of the test system of the unloading valve is studied by the increasing pressure in different speed and scope. The purpose is to exactitude control the process of pressure increasing in the test,and to reduce test time. So that it can improve the productive efficiency.Based on the test system of unloading valve,the step response method is used to acquire the step response curve of this system. The system's transfer function is acquired according to the step response curve. The influence of the system's pressure balance time affected by the steady and unstable state's increasing is discussed,the conclusion has practice meaning.Study on the pressure balance time affected by the different input signal will have very important meaning in theory and practice for the research and development on the performance test system of automobile brake valves. At the same time,it makes instructing reference to develop other test systems.
