Research And Realization Of Dispatching Telephone Auto-test System Based On CTI

The importance of test on power system dispatching telephone and the disadvantage of manual test make the dispatching telephone auto-test system a valuable system. This paper aim at the research and realization of a dispatching telephone auto-test system based on CTI and is simple, rich-in-function, and reasonable in performance-price-ratio. First, it gives a comprehensive introduction and analysis on the CTI technology. Then it introduces the subscriber call procedure on telephone network and some power system communication criterion. On the basis of analysis on dispatching telephone test flow, model and mathematical analyzing, the author developed a valuable dispatching-telephone auto-test system based on the CTI technology.
