In the thesis, the writer analyzes and calculates the temperature and the stress field of 100mw steam tuitine high-pressure rotor in a transient state by a limited unit method, and makes a calculation for such parts as the stress-intensive elastic slot to find out the changing law of rotor's temperature field and stress field in a transient state. On the basis of the analysis and calculations, I try to evaluate the high-temperature creep and low-cycle fatigue of the generator that have been put intouseinWilashanPowerPlant,anddmwupaplanfortheoptimizedstait-up so as to control the maximum serficial stress of the rotor between 300r/pa and 320r/pa. On the condition that the security can be guaranteed, we accomplish the purpose of a shortest start-up and economic and flexible operation of the generation unit, as well as find the standard for the index assessment of the generation unit and life-span management I have developed the on-line software for the parameters of the unit's temperature field, stress field and life-span loss. After installed in the on-line supervision devices, the software can greatly improve the security , economy and flexibility of the unit. According the infomiation we have collected, the device can boast the first one in China whose advantage lies in combining the secure supervision and the economic supervision.
