| In power generation industry, Gas-Steam Combined-Cycle Power Generationtechnology is one of the advanced technologies in the world. This technology hasgradually found favor with people, with following advantages, such as high thermalefficiency, good performance for peak load regulation, short construction period, alsolow investment and pollution etc. In China, gas turbine unit is generally designed foroffering peak load. As a result, gas turbine units start and stop almost every day, but forthe coal-fired units, the frequency is one time or two times each year.This topic is about one button start technology of gas turbine unit. Thistechnology is developed on the base of operator’s experience, function of unitcontrol system, and successful experiences of other gas turbine power plants. The maincontent is as follows:1. Select and list correlative subsystems of one button start technology.2. According to the characteristics of control systems of unit and their accessoryequipments, analyze requirements of completing start operation of the unit right nowwith old operation mode.3. In order to achieve sequence control of the whole equipments of unit, thesequences of start operations should be rescheduled.4. In order to meet requirement for one button start technology, the work is devotedto analyze main devices of unit and redesign auto-control circuit in detail.5. DCS-OVATION configuration software is used to implement the unit controlboth in design screen and operation screen.6. By several times of unit start, it can be confirmed the expected destination canbe realized.The present work is aimed to the design&application of “one button startâ€technology in a combined-cycle multi-shaft One-on-One power generation units withGE9FA gas turbine. The purpose is that operator’s operations for unit will be reduced,and also it could reduce the risk of operations. |
