By use of dynamic analysis and study method, an optimal design approach to the structure of the Storage and Retrieval Machine and the optimal construct parameters were also obtained. A new method fit for the Storage and Retrieval Machine was suggested in this study. The classical dynamic method was used to comprehensively analyze the machine. Including stationary and dynamic inflexibility, intension, stability, etc. the fork was also be analyzed. Since the structure of the machine directly affects it is function, the optimal design was performed on it抯 structure. This study, mainly using the fuzzy optimal design method and combining this method with traditional optimal design and taking the fuzzy optimal design method抯 advantages to perform fuzzy optimal design on the structure parameters of the machine, got ideal results. The optimal design method was tested in LuoYang Tractor Company and state_owned 604 Company and the result is that the method can reduce the weight of the machine by 1 0%and 16%. In the machine抯 situation control, we deduced the system抯 mathematics model from analyzing and calculating. The modem closed-loop AC servo-system controlled by PLC and transducer were used in this study. In control system, the method of predictive-fuzzy was used. Namely, comprehensively using the advantages of the fuzzy control, we design a predictive fuzzy control. Using the altered simulation model and the software MATLAB, this study set up the simulation model and performed wide study on it. The result shows that the method is very successful. After so many simulation analysis, the result was successful.
