On the basis of the transverse isotropy theory, this paper used the method of state space theory, the half space problem of many layers of elasticity transverse isotropy inferred completely gets in touch the untying are loaded to the axial symmetry to divide untying . And making use of the advanced symbol calculation application softwares such as Matlab etc., obtained the explicit type of state transformation matrixes, and is the foundation by this when reaching the state, the Hankel抯 integral displacement type of semi-infinte surface dislocation axissymmetrical transverse isotropy is obtained. And also researched the influencing factor of pavement deflection. By study of semi-infinite surface dislocation of axissymmetrical transverse isotropy, the application of transerve isotropy theory in the design of pavement has been established.
