This paper analyzes flexible wheel by geometric nonlinear theory, introduces the idea of entropy into analyzing when building geometric nonlinear mathematic model, and searches the optimal solution during designing flexible wheel by energy method. Base on the existing nonlinear theory, this paper makes some reasonable predigestion on flexible wheel of sealed harmony drive, and deduce the function of stress energy density of flexible wheel by mathematic method, get mathematic expression of optimal geometric shape by applying maximum energy entropy theory to it, build mathematic model of optimal geometric shape. Changing formerly linear mathematic model into nonlinear one, applying the idea of entropy into analyzing intensity of flexible wheel. According to the symmetry of flexible wheel, predigestion is needed when linear mathematic model is transformed into nonlinear one, and mathematic model is predigested to be a beam抯 one. This paper compares theory solution with result of finite element software, and on this base we get movement trend of optimal geometric shape of flexible wheel, in order that distribution of major stress trends to be reasonable to get optimal shape in the situation of different parameter. This paper introduces new process technology method of heat general spins strong spin on formation of roughcast of flexible wheel.
