Based on the a great deal of investigation, the paper stuns up the problems existing in poultry-house structure at present and points out that the assembly structure is the developing direction of poultry-house construction. The paper also explains the importance and necessary of structure optimization of assembly poultry-house (SOAPH). Main factors and methods of SOAPH in theories are discussed. And a structure pattern (door frame) which is in rational internal force statement and suitable for assembling is obtained through the research and calculation of basic parameters, load values and combinations and choices of several patterns and materials of poultry-house structures in common use. A mathematical model of SOAPH is set up and a structure optimization program is worked out using finite element method and a matured structure optimization theory. Relations between structure internal force capability and steel dosage of different post distance and roof gradient are analyzed. Basic form and main nodes of SOAPH are also designed in order to simplify the assembled constructing. At last, the paper draw out a new assembly poultry-house which is rational in internal force statement, easy to be constructed, economical and satisfying with assembly.
