Study On Landscape Destruction Behavior And Optimization Design Strategy Of Chongqing Public Residential Area

With the development of urban renewal, problems such as Chongqing public rental housing infrastructure aging and environmental decay raised. Chongqing public rental houses are seen as temporary accommodations by dwellers rather than a place which involves senses of belonging and responsibility. Therefore, dwellers consciously paid less attention on environmental protection, which eventually led to the landscape serious failure phenomenon and restrict the sustainable development surround public rental housing area. This paper attempts to stand in the position of the designer to reflect on the reasons for the formation of this situation, and major consider the strategy from a perspective of planning and design to solve the problem.Five significant cases of public rental residential area are studied in the urban district of Chongqing City. Different methods such as observation, photography, interviews, statistical records and questionnaire survey are applied into data collection. Researches and the amount of data helps the author in-depth understanding of current situation of the Chongqing public rental live district construction. The focuses are the dwellings living in outdoor environment of area of activities and landscape destructive behavior, and analysis of the dwellings destructive behavior. Combined researches mentioned above with results of questionnaire, possible solutions of induced damage behavior of public rental housing planning and design of the existing problems are discussed. Finally, this paper summarizes the public rental housing area landscape optimization design oriented recommendations: In order to in public rental housing construction and the relevant theoretical research at the same time, for the future of public rental housing live in the outdoor space environment design practice provides valuable guidance and reliable reference to better solve the urban low-income groups housing problem. The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)A preliminary study on the theory system of the destructive behavior of public rental housingIn the analysis based on the study of relevant literature, residential landscape destruction on the concept of sexual behavior is defined, according to the motivation, object and result in different damage, damage behavior classification of residents, and architecture, psychology, social science, criminology perspective explore the causes of damage behavior. The theoretical system of the public rental housing residents’ failure behavior is preliminarily established, and the theory is supplemented and verified by the way of the actual investigation.(2) The optimal design strategy of the public rental housing residents’ destructive behaviorAccording to the site investigation of Chongqing five typical public rental result analysis, discusses the public rental housing live residential area landscape destruction behavior to design strategies, and puts forward the four basic optimization design strategy.(3) The public rental housing area landscape optimization design oriented recommendationsTo survey data results as a reference, and connecting with the actual needs of basic theory research and residents, in order to solve the problem of design induced residents damage behavior of, combined with the general method of planning and design of residential district, public rental live area of landscape design put forward five leading suggestions.
