This article with the help of major projects in Yunnan socio-economic research program related research divided the Yunnan province’s total area into the Hengduan Mountains and Yunnan Yunnan plateau. Take out the DEM data which ground slope is less than 8 ° and larger than 10 km2 in combined with slope and contour data obtained major basins in Yunnan data in ArcGis software of Yunnan extracted. Based on the geographical divisions of Yunnan Province, divide The Hengduan Mountains into two parts, the rivers and streams and mountain valleys and Hengduan mountains fastigiate zhongshan gully. and then the mountain fastigiate zhongshan gully region is subdivided into southwestern Yunnan gully region and southern Yunnan red layer region; Divide the Yunnan plateau region into Central Yunnan red layer region and Eastern Yunnan Karst mountain, then eastern Yunnan Karst mountain subdivided into the Former lake insoluble hill area and Southeastern Yunnan fengcong peaks area. Based on this division we analyze and research the water supply and water demand of each basin district of Yunnan. We can know the water resources in the region by the difference between the water supply and water demand, as well as forecast water supply and demand situation in the next 10 years and 20 years by the year 2000,2010 data and operational changes. Through water resources supply and demand balance in 2010, 2020, 2030 by data analysis software of SPSS19.0 and made the corresponding index by various single phase correlation analysis, We can reach following conclusions:(1)The distribution of the total water resources is relatively uneven in each division of Yunnan Province. The distribution of the total water resources within inter-basin each division is relatively uniform.Where the most total water wresources area is the southwestern Yunnan gully region, followed by the original plateau lake area,and the peaks fengcong southeastern Yunnan area.total water resources is minimal.The total amount of water resource allocation within the basin between the divisions are relati- veely uniform in southwestern Yunnan gully region, Original plateau lake area and and Southeast Yunnan fengcong Fenglin region, and Red Stratum of Mid-Yunnan area is the seriously uneven distribution division.(2)In terms of water demand of water resources: the demand water resources including ecological and environmental needs water(green water) and socioeconomic needs water(blue water), statistics found that the various divisions peaks region of in Yunnan, the demand of the total green water are larger than the total blue water in the same area in each remaining division, in addition to Southeast Yunnan fengcong Fenglin area which requirement of the total blue water is slightly larger than its green water. Even some divisions green water demand nearly twice of blue water demand in the same area, such as southwest Yunnan gully region. The study suggests that constructing water resources evaluation system. is closely related to green water demand.(3)On the balance supply and demand of water resources: with the study of water resources supply and demand in each division Bazi of Yunnan Province, we found that predicted that by 2030 there are 28 Bazi in a hydropenic state in the 206 Yunnan Bazi and the quantity of hydropenic Bazi showed a rising trend, which mainly in five divisions except for southwestern Yunnan gully region.Through this study our group found that most of them, 206 Bazi in Yunnan Province, can support of projects the carried up of mountain towns in water resources. we predict on the water supply and demand of Yunnan six divisions in 2030, there will be shortage of water in Red Stratum of Mid-Yunnan area and Southeast Yunnan fengcong Fenglin area, and the remaining four divisions will be maintain the relative balance between supply and demand in the water, in particular, it has an absolute advantage on the supply and demand of water resources in southwestern Yunnan gully region. In addition if only see the water we study the quantity of water supply and demand showed that southwestern Yunnan gully region is a better choice in Yunnan six divisions to carry out the project of the mountain towns.(4)Correlation analysis: the total amount of water is the primary factor in the impact of water resources supply and demand balance, followed by the ecological water deman and in addition the factor is domestic water demand with the correlation increases every year, the prediction of three indicators above in 2020 and 2030 showed significantly correlation with water supply and demand balance. Although the influence correlation coefficient of the total amount of water resources in water supply and demand balance decreased year by year, but its dominant position was not changed; however, the tend of correlation coefficient of domestic water demand increased year by year, by the rise in 2010 are not relevant to the significant correlation in 2020, the issue is one of the points of interest in this study.
