It is established a separated heat pipe solar indoor heating system. The system is divided into three parts:solar collector, heating pipe, indoor heating terminals. The system uses separated heat pipe as heat transfer component terminals. It transfers solar from solar collector indoor heating into the indoor heating terminals. So the system will heat the indoor air with solar energy.This paper based on a gravity separation heat pipe solar collector indoor heating system.The related experiments showed that the winter climate characteristics in Nanjing area, from January 2016 to March. The main content of the experiment is as follows:(1) For water and R600a two different working medium liquid quantity analysis: In view of two different filling quantity is 1.7KG and 2.3KG for a thermal performance comparison R600a system.The amount of 1.7 KG of liquid systems,In the solar radiation intensity for an average is 600 W/m2,heat flow is 415W, the best performance.With water as working medium system for 2KG and 5KG respectively of thermal performance analysis,The results show that the 5KG of liquid volume,In the sun average radiation intensity is about 600 W /m2, heat dissipating capacity is 1205 W. The experimental results show that different working medium filling quantity demand of the system is not completely the same,Not filling quantity the more the better. R600a is 1.7 KG for the best, while the water is 5KG is optimal.(2) The thermal performance of different working medium. With R600a as the working medium system continued increase in the intensity of solar radiation,The separated heat pipe on the trachea and the tube temperature increasing,In the solar radiation intensity reaches peak, indoor temperature reaches peak. After that the radiation intensity is reduced,The trachea and the fluid pipe, indoor temperature also decreases.With water as working medium of the performance of the system, on the other hand, when increasing the intensity of solar radiation with temperature fluctuation, temperature has a peak. R600a system outdoor heating area is 2 m2, indoor heating area is 42 m2, according 3 hours solar energy light, the indoor temperature is about 5 ℃.Water working substance in the same conditions, the indoor temperature is about 4 ℃. For two kinds of thermal performance contrast found that water system of heat release is greater than R600a, thermal efficiency is much higher than R600a. R600a is above water with the radiator surface temperature.(3) Indoor radiator arrangement performance study.The separated heat pipe for gravity, arrangement mode on system performance.Through the vertical and horizontal two kinds of arrangement of thermal performance analysis showed that the vertical indoor radiator than the level of indoor unit thermal performance is good, indoor radiator vertical elevation, horizontal length is smaller, the cooling uniformity, the better.
